To supervise,contact and write reports of each session, attend regular CP, LAC and CIN meetings, take full part in team operation hold case load of contacts, may involve supporting on Parenting Capacity Assessments (depending on the workers skills ect) Will recieve regular S/V access to training via team arenas and workshops, very supportive and lively team. Very comitted. sense of humour an advantage !!!!!
Skill Required
1 Ability To Analyse And Present Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Format
2 Communication And Interpersonal Skills
3 It And Report Writing Skills
4 Knowledge Of The Children Act 1989 And Other Relevant Childcare Legislation.
5 NVQ 3 in Child Care.
6 Team Working
