Hostland Staffing Solution’s generic Social Housing Training for beginners

Our Social Housing course cover all aspects of social Housing and is suitable for all beginners or people with no previous housing background who are seeking to change career or those who simply want to work or have understanding of the sector.

Up to present 85% of our trainees have secured jobs in housing and the demand is still growing. This is attributed to the high quality of our courses which is carefully designed to meet the requirements of the growing demand in the sector.

The housing filed is one of the constant growing sectors in the UK with 4500 Housing Associations and 500 Local authorities recruiting for staffs. According to Assets and Skills Sector report, the demand for the workforce in the housing sector is for 40 to 50 000 more people in the field within the next 10 years and our trainings are well designed and tested encompassing lectures, casework, scenarios and theoretical housing legislations in order to respond to the growth need within the sector.

Our courses focus strictly on the relevant practical elements that will give participants the edge over other candidates competing for the same jobs in the housing field. Although some of our course are designed for new entrants to housing, the knowledge gained through the course is equivalent to one years experience of working in the housing field.
